Thanks for the prompt and professional service you provided in grinding our many stumps. We have contracted with many various service providers and unfortunately do not have nearly enough postive interactions as we have had with you.

It may not seem like much, but to discuss a job with someone, get an accurate estimate of cost, schedule a time for the work to be done, have the person show up on time and complete the job without leaving a mess seems to be a rare occurence.

I cannot express how much your professionalism has left us with a sense that there are still people who take pride in their work.
